A North Alabama company since 2006

Our story

MPI was founded in 2006 to buy and rent residential property in North Alabama. We started with homes, and renting them to local families is still at the heart of what we do.

As the company grew, so did the ways we serve the area. We added mini-storage locations for people and businesses who need extra space. Then other property owners asked us to look after their rentals the way we look after our own, and property management became our third line of business.

How we work

We're a local company, and our name is on everything we own and manage. We keep our properties in good repair, answer the phone and treat residents, renters and owners the way we would want to be treated.
